Welcome to Samica. By accessing or using our website (samica.in) and related services ("Services"), you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Overview

Samica provides prebuilt and customized AI operating systems ("AI OS") to help businesses automate and scale. Our offerings include system delivery, documentation, tutorials, and optional setup support.

2. Use of Services

  • • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • • You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse engineer our systems or code.
  • • You're responsible for the security of your own API keys and third-party credentials.

3. Payment, Delivery & Refunds

  • • All payments are processed via Razorpay in your local currency.
  • • Pricing is dynamically adjusted based on your location.
  • • You may be required to purchase external subscriptions (e.g., Airtable, Langflow, n8n, ElevenLabs) to operate the full system.
  • Once payment is made and delivery is completed, no refunds will be issued.
  • • "Setup for Me" is an optional add-on for DIY packages.

4. Hosting & Third-Party Tools

  • • Most agent systems are designed to be self-hosted by you using platforms like Make.com, n8n, Langflow, etc.
  • • You will be responsible for the costs and management of those services.
  • • Samica provides setup guidance and partial automation but is not liable for issues related to third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

  • • All AI OS frameworks, documentation, and branding are owned by Samica unless explicitly transferred.
  • • You are granted a non-transferable license to use the delivered OS for your business only.

6. Support

  • • Launch Kit includes 1 month of support for troubleshooting and minor tweaks.
  • • Power Core users receive priority support and long-term feature integration.
  • • Support is provided via email and/or dashboard-based ticketing.

7. Limitations of Liability

Samica is not liable for data loss, service outages, third-party pricing changes, or business loss caused by system misuse or third-party dependencies.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • • We may update these Terms periodically.
  • • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
